At Premier Contracting, our commercial division handles all types of commercial construction services, including tenant build out, interior finish out, tenant improvements and building renovations. Our clients include retail shops, office buildings, health care facilities, restaurants and commercial businesses. As part of our turn-key services, project managers assist in the process of obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. They also comply with local municipality permitting and building codes.

Our interior finish out services include adding/removing walls, building offices, conference rooms and bathrooms, flooring installation, light fixture installation, and in some cases, complete demolition of the existing interior in order to start from scratch.

Our crews can handle the repair or replacement of ceiling tiles and ceiling grids. We can also complete drywall and paint finish outs. Our carpenters can provide custom built-ins, specialty mill and trim work.
